General terms and conditions

1. General information
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Coenen Marketing, located at Gestelsestraat 4 in Waalre, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 88209962.

2. Services
Coenen Marketing offers search engine optimization (SEO) services, including technical SEO, SEO content creation and link building. These services can be provided on a project basis as well as on a subscription basis, depending on the agreement with the customer.

3. Offers and rates
All prices and rates are agreed in advance and are based on the specific offer for the customer. Additional services that are not included in the original offer are always discussed in consultation with the customer and charged separately. We use an annual indexation of the rates of 3.5%.

4. Payment terms
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in the quote. Coenen Marketing charges no penalties or interest for late payments, but reserves the right to suspend the performance of the services until payment has been made.

5. Results and guarantees
Coenen Marketing is committed to providing the services to the best of its ability and with care. However, SEO is an effort obligation and not an obligation to achieve results. Due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms, specific positions in search engines cannot be guaranteed. External factors, such as search engine updates, are beyond Coenen Marketing's control and may affect results.

6. Liability
Coenen Marketing is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, loss of data or declines in search engine positions as a result of algorithm updates. Coenen Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the three months prior to the event that gave rise to the damage. Coenen Marketing is not responsible for errors or shortcomings resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Content ownership
All content created by Coenen Marketing as part of the SEO services becomes the property of the customer after full payment of the agreed fees. This includes texts, graphics and other material developed specifically for the customer.

8. Dispute Resolution
All agreements between Coenen Marketing and the customer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Coenen Marketing is located, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
